NEIGHBORLY: MONTHLY CAMPAIGN REPORTING

At Neighborly, I managed 8 Neighborly-owned home service brands. Each brand had a unique brand campaign strategy. In order to track monthly performance and YoY comparisons, I created a system that helped organize data that better insight development during reporting. This was later implemented for all paid media programs.

At Neighborly, I provided brand managers quarterly performance reports. In order to streamline the reporting process, I created this spreadsheet to automate reporting as well as provide YoY comparisons. This system allowed brand managers to see not only quarterly performance but also the breakdown of the paid media program.

For this project, my team and I analyzed the eCommerce service, Real Time Labs. Through this analysis, we benchmarcked against similar services , tested usability and SEO of the site and proposed new layout for the site. We also provided reconmendations for future development.

This project focuses on my ability to test UX/Usability, SEO and PPC. I was tasked to select an eCommerce business and analyze their website. I analyzed usability issues and create campaigns that would benefit the business. The tools that I used to for my analysis are Google Adwords and MOZ SEO

NESTLE HEALTH SCIENCE: MARKETING STRATEGY ANALYSIS

Nestle Marketing Strategy Analysis

For this project, my teammate and I analyzed the Nestle Health Science brand. We analyzed the market competitors, the influence on market share as well as the current Nestle brand positioning. Through this analysis, we are able to provide insight and recommendation for Nestle in order to compete against their top competitor, Kate Farms.

OFED Research Analysis

UTD OFFICE OF FACILITIES & ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT: RESEARCH ANALYSIS

For this project, my team and I analyzed the UTD Office of Facilities and Economic Development's social media marketing strategy. In this analysis, we analyzed census data and feedback from the UTD community as well as surrounding community HOAs. We used our finding to identify any correlation between variables, identifying relationships.
